Forest honey is characterized by its dense texture, mild sweetness and heady aromas.The rich flora of Corfu, combined with the humid climate and frequent rainfall, has as a result many successive blooms.According to gyroscopic analysis, it has a wide variety of wild herbs and honeydews, classifying it in the Forest honey category.Thanks to its unique composition, which does not crystallize, it does not need heating to liquidate, therefore maintaining all its nutritional value.
This is why it is in such high demand in the countries of Northern Europe.
 

Arbutus unedo Honey

A type of honey with intense aromas that stands out for its bittersweet flavor that tastes like burnt caramel or bitter chocolate.
